Kao strani radnik, morate poslati određene dokumente policijskoj postaji kako biste dokazali svrhu svog boravka. Ovisno o vašoj situaciji, trebat će vam različite vrste dokumenata.

Job change
As a foreign worker in Croatia, you will need these documents to change your current job and apply successfully.
Valid travel documents
Valid passport and a valid identity card of your home country
Contract
The employment contract signed by the employer and the third-country national
Proof of innocence in crime
Proof that third-country nationals have not been finally convicted of criminal offenses in their home country or in any country where they have resided for more than one year immediately before arriving in the Republic of Croatia.
All required documents must be in PDF format and must not exceed 20MB.
Residence and work permit extension
If you are extending your residence and work permit in Croatia, you must add these documents in addition to the above documents.

Health insurance certificate
Proof of health insurance or a copy of the health insurance card

With the necessary documents, you place your offer on this site, while your new employer needs to fill out these forms for you
Employer obligations

Depending on the sector in which your new job in Croatia will be, you will send all those documents to one of the police station's emails.
Once the process is complete, you will be informed via email or phone about when and where you can collect your residence and work permit.
